Is HazardHarbor really free?
Yes. The Explorer plan is free forever for one user with generous limits. You never need a card to use it.
How does the free trial work?
Coordinator and Team start with a 14-day free trial the first time you subscribe. You can start the trial without entering a card; if no payment method is added by the end of the trial, the subscription simply ends and your workspace returns to Explorer. Nothing is charged without your consent.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Account → Billing in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and won't renew. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy for details, including our 30-day guarantee on your first payment.
Is my data secure?
Passwords are hashed with Argon2id, connections are encrypted with TLS, sessions can be revoked, and two-factor authentication is available. Each workspace's records are isolated from every other workspace. See our Security page for details.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Export everything as JSON or each register as CSV at any time on any plan. You can permanently delete your account and workspace from Account → Data & privacy.
Does HazardHarbor make me OSHA compliant?
No software can do that by itself. HazardHarbor helps you plan, organize and document your safety work and links to official guidance, but you remain responsible for determining and meeting the requirements that apply to you. See User Responsibilities.
